       1st Stage Confirmation of Touch Screen Specification

       The below specifications must be confirmed.

     * Touch screen type? (size, structure)

     * Software platform? (Windows7, XP, Linux….)

     * Hardware platform

     * Interface? (IIC or USB etc.)

     * Number of touch points

     * Dimension,thickness and material of cover glass

     * Touch via fingers, gloves or pen?

     * Position of origin of coordinates

 

 

        2nd Stage Prototype Production

      * If our standard touch screen cannot meet your requirements on cover glass,

         or an additional cover glass is required, we will tailor a new toolingthat meets 

         your specific requirements.

 

 

         3rd Stage Controller Tuning

      * Once prototype touch screen has been done, we will tune its firmware to the best.

 

 

         4th Stage Prototype Evaluation

      * You will test the prototype and feedback us the result. Retune is supported if necessary.

      *  If the tune is failed in your part, please just forward us the platform information

          and we will help you with the touch screen  tuning.

 

 

        5th Stage Mass Production

       * Once approved, it will move to mass production stage.

          It starts with material preparation,goes on with  quality control,

          and ends with accurate schedule.

       *  We are ready for mass production at any time.
