Manufacturing Steps of Brass Strip:
Raw Material → Melting → rizontal Continuous Casting → Annealing → Milling → Rough Rolling → Side Trimming →intermediate Rolling → Continuous Annealing & Picking → Intermediate & Finish Rolling → Degreasing → Strips.

1. Thickness: 0.04-3.5mm,
2. Width: 7--610mm, no limitation for length;
3. Temper: O, 1/4H, 1/2H, H,
4. Provide Mill certificate for each roll, with lots, specification, N.W., G.W., HV value, MSDS, SGS report.
5. Strict tolerance control on thickness and width, as well as other quality concern.
6. Coil weight can be customized.
7. Packing:  Neutral packing, plastic bag, paper liner in the polywood pallet or case. 1 or several coils in 1 pallet (depend on coil width), shipping mark.  One 20" GP can load 18-22 tons.
