•Receive 3D drawings or samples from clients.
•Discussion on the  quality,price,material,delivery time, ect
•According  customers  requirements  to  make  the  mould 
•Send samples to customers for approval
•After customer approved the sample, go ahead bulk production 
•Delivery  goods  by  sea  or  by  air,according  to customers  needs.

quality control

(1) Before the order to be confirmed, we check the material and color of raw material by sample which should be strictly the same as bulk production. 
(2) We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning. 
(3) Every parts quality checked before packing. 
(4) Before delivery to clients, our customer can send QC or appoint a third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
