The high efficient hydrocyclone has a new structure that equipped with an involute-type feeder , long cylinder shell , short cone, and a metal shell with replaccable inner liner, and an easy-to-reppace underflow outlet. The liner is made by sintered carbonate silicon . Ttherefore, its classification efficiency is 10%-15% higher,which enables efficiency of the ball mill enhanced by 10%,and consumpation of power and steel ball are cut by 5%-10%.The wearing parts are able to last for 12 months.
