2、CHARACTERISTICS

  （1）Can form dense physical isolation layer due to the high specific surface area and ultra-thin planar structure of graphene.

  （2）Helps to activate the zinc powder coating and produce synergistic effect due to the good electrical conductivity of graphene. Can both greatly reduce the dosage of zinc powder in the paint film and improve the paint film cathode protection, thereby improving the anti-corrosion performance of paint film.

  （3）Can improve the adhesion of coating, decrease the thickness of the paint film, make the film more wear-resisting to get a long service life.

3、APPLICATIONS：Suitable for all types of (heavy duty) anti-corrosive coatings, such as epoxy zinc-rich primer, (chromium-free) dacromet coating.

5、HANDLING AND STORAGE

Wear appropriate protective clothing and safety gloves to avoid direct contact with body. In case of contact, flush with a lot of water. Take appropriate ways to avoid dust. Keep ventilation and install dust collectors to avoid inhalation. Load and unload carefully to protect from damage.

Store in tightly-closed containers in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, and stay away from ignition sources or heat. Stay away from strong reducing agent and combustibles. Make sure the packages are free of damage or leaks,  After opening the package, use product immediately. Partly used packages should be tightly sealed again. Product is moisture sensitive. If product picked up moisture, either due to damage of packaging or open storage,  dry product for several hours at 80°C to achieve moisture free status.

According to the self-heating test results, when the substance is to be transported in packaging with volume not more than 3 m3, Hazard class: none, UN classification: none, packaging mark, none. When the substance is to be transported in packaging with volume more than 3 m3, Hazard class, 4.2, UN number 3088, packaging mark, self-heating substance, packing group: III. Shipping name: self-heating organic solid, not classified.

The shelf life of the product is 3 years if stored in original package intact.
