F-series triplex mud pump, Drilling mud pump for drill rig

Description:

Mud pump have long stroke range and low numbers of stroke so that it can improve inlet performance of pump and extend life of easy-broken parts, besides, structure of air bag is advanced and reliable.
Features of dynamic end: A-gear wheel transmission without slot, alloy steel overall crank shaft, dynamic end is lubricated with forced and splashed lubricating oil.
The frame is made of welded steel plate and stress relief treated to obtain the good rigidity and high strength. The place where the crankshaft bearing is fitted is strengthened by using ribbed plates. The frame is furnished with the necessary oil basin and oil way system for cooling and lubricating purpose.

This series mud pumps are widely used in the oilfields and other industrial mining enterprises for well drilling and well repairing etc.
