OIP Composite Transformer Bushing

OIP (Oil Impregnated Paper) Composite Transformer bushing is a kind of condenser type bushing, usually also call it as OIP Silicone Rubber Transformer Bushing. 

These OIP Transformer Bushings are designed in accordance with IEC 60137 & ANSI standard or other standard; Our OIP Transformer Bushing voltage range is from 12kV to 1100 kV, and 72.5 kV and 550 kV composite transformer bushing have passed the CEPRI type test. 

OIP Bushing Characteristics:

1.Rated Voltage: 10 kV to 800kV

2.Bushings may be installed up to 30° from vertical

3.Composite Sleeve color normally is grey or can customize with requirement

4.Oil level indicators are provided on all bushings with magnetic indicators on bushings above 220kV 

5.Fixing flanges incorporate a test tapping for capacitance and tangent delta measurement

6.Low partial discharge levels during transformer tests and partial discharge-free operation in service

7.Corona shield is provided with above 72.5 kV bushing 

8.Transformer bushing can be designed according to order demand
